The Dyna-Plex 21C line of industrial greases includes heavy-duty greases, gear lubricants, high-temperature greases, synthetic grease and lubricating grease.
Dyna-Plex 21C Synzol Calcium Sulfonate Food Grade (CSFG) Grease Series is a 100% synthetic calcium sulfonate thickened lubricating grease created specifically for the food and beverage industries. Its special additive system provides superior water spray off and water wash off properties. It offers excellent anti-wear properties, extreme pressure properties, oxidation resistance, and protection from rust and corrosion. The synthetic base stock gives Dyna-Plex 21C Synzol CSFG Series exceptional low temperature properties and thermal stability over a wide temperature range.
Dyna-Plex 21C Synzol LC 220 is a heavy-duty multi-purpose lubricating grease with development emphasis on long-term and lifetime lubrication of rolling element bearings under moderate to high load. The special lithium complex soap thickener and synthetic hydrocarbon base oil are proven components for high temperature operation. Special anti-oxidant blended additives provide oxidation stability at both low and high temperatures. Synergistic corrosion inhibitors offer protection for both ferrous and yellow metals that are commonly used in today’s rolling element bearings.
Dyna-Plex 21C® Synzol LC 460 is a premium quality, multi-service, fully synthetic oil base grease. This grease provides an extended long service life at exceptionally high temperatures in heavy-duty operations. It is based on a unique lithium complex soap base thickener formulated in highly refined poly alpha olefin base oil. This grease possesses extreme pressure/anti-wear, anti-corrosion & antioxidant characteristics to enhance its performance at lower speeds, heavy loads and at high temperatures.
Dyna-Plex 21C Synzol LC 460 has a dropping point of over +500 F, allowing it to perform in even the highest temperature environments. The synthetic base fluid allows this grease to flow at very low temperatures, even when supplied through a centralized lube system.
Dyna-Plex 21C 500+ Moly Hi-Temp grease is a lithium complex grease specially formulated for high load, high temperature and extreme pressure applications. It is enriched with molybdenum disulfide so it is long-lasting, decreases energy consumption, adheres to metal and reduces wear.
Resistant to water and will not soften or break down
Dyna-Plex 21C Calzon with Moly uses calcium sulfonate chemistry, which has been shown to outperform lithium, aluminum and polyuria chemistry greases. It is exceptionally compatible with other greases, and provides outstanding rust protection.
Dyna-Plex 21C Ultra Blue is a high temperature grease for protection in sever conditions. It is a lithium complex grease compatible with seals and materials and is durable under heavy loads for long periods of time. Ultra Blue is formulated with additives that resist water and inhibit corrosion and oxidation, resulting in less rust, chafing, and bearing fatique.
Dyna-Plex 21C Extreme Green Greases are over-based calcium sulfonate complex greases featuring new generation thickening technology. They are formulated to deliver natural lubrication properties and superior anti-wear and EP properties, and offer anti-corrosive capacity and rust prevention. These products are designed for heavy-duty machinery in high operating temperatures, heavy loads, extreme pressures, and where high amounts of water washout would destroy typical EP1 or EP2 greases.
Dyna-Plex 21C® Automatic System Grease (ASG) is a high performance, extreme pressure para-synthetic grease exhibiting outstanding pumpability in automatic lubrication systems. This grease is formulated to extend re-lubrication intervals while providing superior film strength, load-carrying ability, water-washout resistance, and rust and corrosion prevention, compared to traditional multi-purpose extreme pressure greases. This grease also contains a special stay-put adhesion additive that resists pounding out in shock-loading impact conditions.
Dyna-Plex 21C EP 620 Moly Semi-Synthetic Grease is an aluminum complex grease specially formulated with both paraffinic base oils and synthetic base oils. It is enriched with molybdenum disulfide to provide added wear protection and to decrease friction.
Dyna-Plex 21C Hydraulic Hammer Grease is specially formulated to meet the extreme pressure and wear applications of hydraulic hammers. Components in the Hydraulic Hammer Grease provide protection against high heat, high pressure corrosion, weld hardening and setting.
Dyna-Plex 21C High Tac is a general-purpose grease. Its versatility makes it an economical choice for many applications. Dyna-Plex 21C Hi-Tac provides superior protection and does not become fluid, even at elevated temperatures. Tests have proven this grease resists breakdown and maintains performance.
Dyna-Plex 21C Aldura EP is a unique high performance multi-purpose automotive and industrial grease. This state-of-the-art third generation polyuria represents a significant improvement in performance over conventional lithium and lithium complex greases.
Dyna-Plex 21C Aldura EP is compatible with many elastomeric seal materials, such as Neoprene, Nitrile, Hytrel and Silicone. Additionally, Dyna-Plex 21C Aldura EP meets the requirements of NLGI GC/LB (ASTM D-4950) for automotive applications.
