The Dyna-Plex 21C® line includes a broad selection of heavy-duty and industrial oils uniquely formulated for specific applications within many industries, including logging and timber, steel milling and manufacturing, paper milling, asphalt and concrete, textiles, and more.
Dyna-Plex 21C Bar and Chain Oil ISO 68 is a high-quality bar and chain oil that is a carefully balanced blend, which achieves optimum all-weather lubrication. A special additive has been added to provide tackiness to prevent “throw-off” from rapidly turning and vibrating bar and chain mechanisms. In addition, it is fortified with an excellent water displacing anti-rust additive.
Dyna-Plex 21C Irrigation Drip Oil is a high quality paraffinic base oil which allows for excellent low pour and channel point characteristics. The only application for Dyna-Plex 21C Irrigation Drip Oil is the external lubrication bearings on underground irrigation pumps.
Dyna-Plex 21C Alcor 628 Heat Transfer Oils are specially refined non-corrosive, non-toxic, odorless heat transfer oils, which provide superior heat absorption and exhibit outstanding thermal stability and oxidation resistance at constant high operating temperatures. Formulated from selected petroleum stock and additives, these oils provide reduced oxidation essential for even distribution and rapid heating, making them ideal for low atmospheric temperature work.
Dyna-Plex 21C Rock Drill Oil is recommended for internal lubrication of all makes of pneumatic percussion tools under wet or dry conditions. The additive package is designed to provide properties such as extreme pressure capability, rust and corrosion protection, adherence to internal tool surfaces, good emulsion and anti-foam characteristics.
Dyna-Plex 21C Slideway Lubes are specifically designed for the lubrication of machine tool slides and tables. They are formulated with high quality mineral oils and additives for tackiness and wear, oxidation, and corrosion resistance, and required stick-slip properties.
Dyna-Plex 21C Spindle Oils are formulated to completely satisfy the lubrication requirements of high speed and precision machine tool spindle bearings. These oils are made with carefully refined high viscosity index base oils specifically treated to exhibit outstanding viscosity temperature characteristics and enhanced with high quality rust and oxidation inhibitors. Selected ingredients are blended with these stocks to impart high oxidation stability and effective rust and corrosion resistance to extend the life of moving parts.
