Dyna-Plex 21C HD Series Cutting Oils are active, heavy-duty oils formulated for difficult machining operations on tough grades of steel. All products in the series contain active sulfur and will stain copper, brass, and aluminum alloys. Dyna-Plex 21C HD Series oils contain unique combinations of lubricity and anti-weld additives ensuring excellent tool life, superior surface finish, and consistent production quality. Each fluid is formulated with effective anti-mist agents to reduce oil mist during high-speed machining operations.
Dyna-Plex 21C HD CF Series Cutting Oils are clear, chlorine-free, active cutting oils for the machining of difficult metals where a high degree of anti-weld capability is required. These new-technology fluids are based upon highly refined base oils augmented by synthetic lubricity agents and extreme pressure additives. They produce excellent finish on parts, prevent welding and tearing, and prolong tool life. These oils will stain non-ferrous metals and should not be used in machine lube or hydraulic systems. All oils in the series contain effective anti-mist and non-silicone defoamant additives.
Dyna-Plex 21C NS Series Cutting Oils are non-staining fluids with excellent lubricity and anti-weld capability. These fluids are formulated to perform difficult machining operations on a wide variety of metals and may be used as machine oil and hydraulic fluid where system pressures do no exceed 1,000 psi. All products in the series contain an effective anti-mist agent to reduce misting of the cutting oil during high-speed machining operations. Dyna-Plex 21C NS Series Cutting Oils resist foaming, even in high-pressure or high-velocity applications.
Dyna-Plex 21C NS Chlorine-Free (CF) Series Cutting Oils are clear, non-staining, tri-purpose oils with excellent lubricity and anti-weld capabilities. These cutting fluids are designed for moderate to heavy-duty machining operations on a wide variety of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Each cutting oil in the series contains effective anti-mist and non-silicone defoamant additives.
Dyna-Plex 21C EDM Series Oils are high-flash-point, low-viscosity EDM fluids. Because they are highly refined, Dyna-Plex 21C EDM Series Oils exhibit excellent oxidation resistance, a key requirement for effective performance and long service life. The low viscosity ensures efficient filtration and the rapid settling of metallic and carbon particles. The high quality of Dyna-Plex 21C EDM Series Oils minimizes skin irritations and the potential for dermatitis.
Dyna-Plex 21C Hone-Eze Oils are premium, low-viscosity fluids for precision grinding and honing applications. Each product in the series is specially formulated to minimize loading of grinding wheels and honing stones while also reducing drag out on the parts. Lubricity and extreme-pressure additives prolong wheel and stone life and provide high-quality surface finish.
Dyna-Plex 21C Mac-Cool Soluble Oils are water-dilutable metalworking fluids with high oil content and a balanced additive blend. All products in the series are chlorine-free and possess excellent cooling and lubricating properties. They are formulated to resist biological growth and provide long sump life. Dyna-Plex 21C Mac-Cool Soluble Oils are recommended for a wide range of machining applications on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. These soluble oils can be used with soft or hard water, provide in-process rust protection, and are non-foaming in high-pressure applications.
Dyna-Plex 21C Diamond Cut 514 is a water-dilutable metalworking fluid with high oil content and a balanced additive blend. It is boron and chlorine free and exhibits excellent cooling, lubricity, and extreme pressure characteristics. Diamond Cut 514 is formulated to provide a high level of biostability, limiting microbial growth and ensuring long service life. It is recommended for difficult machining applications on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Diamond Cut 514 is extremely stable in hard or soft water, provides effective in-process rust protection, and is non-foaming in high pressure systems.
Dyna-Plex 21C Semi-Kut Semi-Synthetic Coolants are versatile metalworking fluids formulated to provide exceptional cooling and lubricity. The coolants are highly bio-resistant, providing excellent rancidity protection. Semi-Kut Semi-Synthetic Coolants form stable micro-emulsions in hard or soft water. All products in the series are very mild in odor and will not produce sticky residues on machine surfaces. Each fluid exhibits extreme pressure capabilities to perform difficult machining operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. Semi-Kut Semi-Synthetic Coolants provide in-process rust protection and are low-foaming in high-pressure machining applications. They contain no nitrites, active sulfur, chlorine, or phenols.
Dyna-Plex 21C Syn-Tek Synthetic Coolants are oil-free metalworking fluids that form clear, light-yellow solutions when mixed with water. All products in the series reject tramp oil and possess excellent lubricity, extreme pressure, and rust protection qualities. Dyna-Plex 21C Syn-Tek Synthetic Coolants are hard-water stable, low-misting, and will not form hard or tacky residues on machine surfaces.
Dyna-Plex 21C Draw-Eze Series Oils are heavy-duty products intended for difficult drawing and fine blanking operations on ferrous metals. These oils are formulated with robust extreme pressure additives and provide excellent boundary lubrication, extending tool and die life.
Dyna-Plex 21C Draw-Tek Water-Dilutable Drawing Fluids are extreme pressure lubricants designed for difficult blanking and drawing operations on steel and aluminum. These products can be used as received or may be diluted with water. Most jobs can be completed at 10% concentration. Use 2:1 or 1:1 mixtures for more severe applications. The fluids may be applied by spray, brush, roller or immersion. Parts may be cleaned with alkaline cleaners in water.
Dyna-Plex 21C Rust-Tek Rust Preventatives are solvent-and-oil-based rust preventative with water-displacing and fingerprint-neutralization characterics. It can be applied by spray, brush, or dip application and provides 12-18 months indoor storage corrosion protection. Rust-Tek 262 leaves a slightly oily film that achieves a level of protection equal to 60+ days in humidity cabinet testing. Protection is assured even in warm, high-humidity facilities. Rust-Tek products are also approved by Cummins.
Dyna-Plex 21C Grind-Eze 16 is a clear, 15 cSt specialty oil for high-speed grinding of ferrous metals. The fluid is chlorine free and possesses excellent cooling, lubricity and extreme pressure characteristics. It is manufactured from severely hydro-treated base oils with low aromatic content. Dyna-Plex 21C Grind-Eze 16 exhibits excellent oxidation resistance and has a high natural VI. The anti-mist package reduces smoke and mist and improves the working environment. Dyna-Plex 21C Grind Eze 16 is formulated with highly effective defoamant additives to minimize foaming in high velocity grinding applications.
